my interesting story, and I was there a little while ago; was that the guide we were with pointed over to some houses on the hill in Baalbec and said in muffled tone, "Terry Waite, two years here"

Roberts Baer's book seems to corroborate this somewhat, and he was on the ground. I found the place fascinating with big banners on every street corner.

anyhow, I'm briefed of the rules here now and I'm eagle-eyed.

Yes, it is. I thought someone would have seen the blue flag was the EU flag, which would have made it very easy.

it was a wild guess, there's a few places that begin with "Ta-" on Malta

The flags helped, and it didnt look greek enough to be cyprus.

Anyway,
