It was a tricky question! Initially I thought the canals around Copenhagen were fresh water and that it was built on an estuary, but after looking on Google Maps came to the conclusion that it was entirely tidal and thus salt water. Still not sure, so brackish is probably a good call!

Them's not saltwater weeds, which is why I was nonplussed, but I'd never have got it in a month of - I was off to the Caribbean next!

Don't think so. There's definitely maritime-related stuff in shot at the far end. (particularly berfore the photo was changed!)

Signage etc looks very UK, so I'd venture a UK maritime museum. But I have no idea which one!
