Got a Eurotrip planned in a months time - route is set but I would appreciate any interesting things to do/see en route + restaurant recommendations?

Any other general tips too.

Le Harve (overnight crossing)
Reims (1 night) - cathedral / old pit lane
Baden-Baden (2 nights)
Grindelwald (2 nights) - plan is to do Jungfraujoch if the weather is clear
Verbania (1 night)
Nice (2 nights) - MC GP
Dijon (1 night)

Some I've been to recently:

Le Harve - pop into Honfleur if you have time. (Very pretty harbour) Have lunch there. If time, visit the Eric Satie museum.

Reims - time for a champagne tour? Ruinart is expensive but exclusive. Nice vintage champers included. Need to book but worth it.

Grindelwald - Jungfraujoch costs a fortune for just a return train journey. Was there skiing in Feb, and didn't bother.
Better to go up the other side of the valley ("First"). The "cliff walk" is really something so long as you don't suffer vertigo. Also the First Flyer looks fun. Catch the train down to Lauberbrunnen and then cable cars up to Murren and further up to the Schilthorn - James Bond revolving restaurant from Her Majesty's Secret Service. Grab a burger with 007 branded on it. Fabulous views as you have lunch.

Baden Baden not too far from Porsche factory
I also managed to visit a concentration camp whilst travelling through Germany. Very poignant. Unfortunately there are quite a few so may be one en route.

Thanks for the tips so far.

Already done the Porsche museum whilst at the German GP a few years ago - but good suggestion.

I've read about Schillthorn where OHMSS was filmed - cheaper than Jungfraujoch as well. Are the views as good?

I was also thinking about dropping into Triberg whilst in Germany (anyone been?)?

Not Triberg, but have stayed a few days in Freiburg near by. We were working but found it a really nice town, with some nice scenery. A cracking bar in town as well with a huge selection of whiskeys should you like a tipple. If you could tie it in with your route? I would highly recommend a visit to the museum at Sinsheim, its fantastic.

The views from the Schilthorn are wonderful, but not been up the Jungfraujoch so can't compare.

@Jarcy - wow, great pics. Thanks for sharing. What time of the year did you visit?

@OP - There's quite a nice motor museum in Reims (Musee de l’Automobile) that might be worth a visit. Full of random machinery dating from the early 1900s to (almost the present day, half of the manufacturers I didn’t even recognise/know existed). Photos here. Sorry, can't remember anything specific regarding Dijon but on visiting I was pleasantly surprised.

I was there early Feb this year, so peak ski season. But there'll still be some snow on the peaks in summer.
