Family friendly resort recommendations?

We are currently trying to plan our family holiday for this summer so would love to hear any recommendations for family friendly resorts around Europe. We've never done a traditional resort holiday as we've either holidayed with friends or family so no idea where to start looking! Basic requirements:

2 adults 2 children (1 and 4)
Anywhere short-haul considered
All inclusive
Some kind of kids club / childrens entertainment
Near a beach

Have looked at Martinhal in Portugal which I have seen recommended on here previously but its too expensive

Any recommendations or experiences that will get us on the right track will be gratefully received

Menorca must surely be on any family shortlist. We stayed in cal'n bosch south of the old capital ciudadella.

Kids clubs are brilliant and lots to do. Not all inclusive (most meals are included but not drink)
Not sure of your budget but may be suitable if you are going outside school holidays.

Just got back from a Bahia Principe resort, was very impressed, clean tidy and felt very safe! They have resorts all over so maybe look into them.

Hotel Polynesia near Benalmadina was good when I went last year

Portinatx at the northern tip of Ibiza should fit the bill. 3 very nice beaches, quiet town with kids clubs and all inclusive available
