Go with trailfinders...

Any particular reason you want to use a TA? I find booking with the airlines direct pretty much the same price these days and a lot easier when things go wrong. If you book with a travel agent they 'own' your ticket and problems or changes you have to speak to them. bit of a problem if you're far away and their hours are 9-5....

Well, thanks for the input guys.

For balance and information, I offer the following.
I was given an attractive price by Travelpack. I then sought prices from Trailfinders, First and Business and the airline, EVA, direct.
Nobody got near the Travelpack price. We're talking nearly 10% on £4k of tickets.
So, I read the T&C's, exercised the care and attention with the name spellings, DoB's and dates etc. As a result, I'm confident that I won't need to change anything.

They charge 2% to pay by CC, but zero if you do a transfer or a Debit Card. For comparison, Trailfinders don't change for a CC.

E tickets came straight through and a check with the airline tells me that we are all booked, paid for and confirmed.

As for sorting issues with the TA closed, I had exactly this with Trailfinders a few years back and in the event, EVA and Bangkok Airways sorted things out between themselves. Another point to note, Travelpack are open until 0100 Hrs, so pretty good by comparison.

He fully, all will go smoothly!

Just to update this...........
Returned from our trip yesterday.
All flight bookings were faultless. No problem at all with Travelpack.

Granted, I didn't require anything of them, after the initial booking.
