Vietnam, have you been?

I much preferred Saigon, but that may have been partly due to it being really cold and foggy in Hanoi in December.
I'd sack off Nha Trang, Mui Ne was pretty much just a Russian resort too. Neither would be high on my list.
When did you go? I went to Mui Ne in 2010 and I'd agree, but having visited last Oct the Russians had pretty much left.I'd sack off Nha Trang, Mui Ne was pretty much just a Russian resort too. Neither would be high on my list.
That being said, it wouldn't be my first choice to stay more than a couple of days anyway.
I was there in December 2012. It wasn't so much the Russians I noticed, but all the signs and menus being in Vietnamese and Russian. Although it wasn't a bad place, I didn't think there was much going for it either. The dunes are worth going to if you're there, but not to make a special journey to Mui Ne for, IMO.

Has anyone done an easy rider tour? As im tempted to take one from Da Lat to SGN at the end, 3 days/2 nights.
Ive sacked off a DMZ group tour as heard theres not alot to see so will sort something private out to 'Hamburger Hill' instead.
But ive done 6 different itineraries depending on the weather
