Hotel near Bedford Autodrome

Hi Folks

I'm doing a day at Palmersport in August - so excited! I'm struggling to find a nice-ish hotel nearby for the night before and hoping someone on here can provide a recommendation?

I'll need to get a taxi in the morning from the hotel to Autodrome so that I can leave my wife with the car, so somewhere fairly close would be ideal. Doesn't have to be posh but needs to be clean and provide breakfast!

Any recommendations gratefully received!

The Sharnbrook is 3 miles away.

Owned by the Ciampi family, absolute petrolheads.

Breakfast was good and a nice hotel, try and get a room at the back as its above a pub so can be noisy.
You're in for a treat at Palmersport, amazing day!!

Thanks both. We'll probably go with the Sharnbrook as it's the nearest. I tried to book the Embankment but their online system said to call them, I called them and they didn't answer!

Cheers - I've just booked the Sharnbrook. I'm sure Air BnB is fine but as we're taking the little one I'll play it safe!

Holy smokes.

Just about to break for lunch. I need a nap!

Caterham - fantastic fun. Apart from my nose cone falling off twice.
M4 - bit sterile if I'm honest.
Jaguar JP-LM - absolutely insane but I got my best finish in this car.
Formula 3000 - amazing. Spun it once but that's the best fun I've ever had in a car.
