Looking to take a break away over Christmas in the UK but we have 3 dogs.
2 are little terriers and both old and just sleep all day - one "larger" dog.

Previously we have gone away in our motorhome to Cornwall but looking for somewhere nice as sold the motorhome.

Anyone know anywhere that will accept 3 dogs and is nice. Not looking for caravan / static caravan / lodge type thing more nice house ideally near the sea with its own gardens.

Loads of pet friendly cottages in North Wales. Loads of pet friendly hotels in North Wales. Lake Vyrnwy Hotel near Bala is a great Christmas break. They have heated kennels or you can have them in your room for £10 each.

Never knew that! We have been many times in our motorhome! We would go to the hotel for something to eat / drink and then park up at the other end of the lake for the night.

Just an update now we are back. Might help others.

Spent a week at The Bay in Talland. thebaytalland.com

Very accommodating for dogs, good quality accommodation and excellent facilities (hot tub for each cottage plus pool and gym etc). We had no problem cooking Christmas dinner - very well equipped kitchen.

Price, not bargain basement but given it was "peak" season and probably the best view in the place at £240 a night it was pretty good.

Some good walking near by - not 100% suitable for older / unfit as the elevation change to the beach was around 300ft - easy on the way down hard work on the way back! Perfect for us.

We are already thinking about going back for this Christmas - probably for a bit longer this time.
I am sure it would be glorious in the summer. However sitting in the living room with the log fire going and the sun setting was very nice indeed!
