What are they like?

Will I want to chop my legs off in Economy Comfort on a flight to Denver?

Unfortunately drinking through the pain and falling asleep isn't an option as I'm picking up a car the other end.

We flew with them in October and they were fine, however we only went to Reykjavik so I don't know if they have different configurations for short and long haul.

Will report in a few weeks time - we're flying to YLW from GLA via KEF and YEG. We'll find out what both short and long haul offerings are like. Fingers crossed.

I'll be able to report back myself on 28th of this month.

I just wanted to mentally prepare myself.

I just looked at a couple of reviews and it seems it could be worth visiting seatguru before selecting your seat as rows 5 & 6 on some flights are economy comfort but actually have saga class seats.

The economy comfort actually looks pretty good though, less legroom than some others but leaving the middle seat free is a bit of a bonus.

Same. I'm 6ft 6 and don't remember it being terribly painful.

(although not in October)

Economy comfort is great and worth the upgrade if you can afford it.

not sure if you are pressed for time when you land but if its a day flight you will be shagged when you get there. get pissed on the flight and take a hotel room, pick up car in morning!
