AirBnB Host - Sound Dodgy?

We're looking at a place on AirBnB for a spring trip.
Lovely looking apartment, well priced etc.
On the site map it shows as at the local train station. We've asked the host where it is, twice and the response has been 2 mins from X, 5 mins from Y etc. 16 reviews all short, all good except one. All the good ones short and in the local language.
To good to be true yeah?
