Easy Jet Flights
Discussion
I've used them plenty of times to Prague and Barcelona. It's a bus. Take your own food, get the speedy boarding and seat allocation and it's fine. I will NEVER take them to Tel Aviv again though, it's too long a flight for the awful seats.
I've started using Vueling to BCN, and they've been OK so far.

Treat it like a bus and you'll be fine.
This is my take also.Out of 8 flights in the last 12 months with them only 1 has departed on time, with the longest delay being around 90 minutes.
For a pair of hours they are fine, when you are paying £20 each way to travel it represents good value.
Noise cancelling headphones have helped an enormous amount.

cant tell you the official answer but I fly EJ out to Geneva 5-6 times over a season & I always see folks helmets strapped onto their hand luggage & no one says anything.
Thanks for your replies, Jonny and Fats25. I'll just carry it one then. Or wear a jacket with bloody big pockets

My wife works for Easyjet & most stories of complaints that I hear from her are regarding staff which, for the majority aren't even Easyjet staff, they are supplied by a separate company called Menzies (at Gatwick anyway) and given an Easyjet uniform to wear.
Baggage handlers, air traffic control, people that control the air bridges, people that run the gates, special assistance staff - all nothing to do with Easyjet, when you get on a flight the only people who actually employed by Easyjet are the 4 crew members & the pilot/1st officer.
My business works like that - lots of people in our uniform, with our brand on their forecourt, yet not employed by us.Baggage handlers, air traffic control, people that control the air bridges, people that run the gates, special assistance staff - all nothing to do with Easyjet, when you get on a flight the only people who actually employed by Easyjet are the 4 crew members & the pilot/1st officer.
I still get all the complaints and many of my KPIs are reliant on third parties delivering on customer service.
Ultimately, as a customer, it doesn't matter who is the employer, they're wearing the Easy uniform, therefore are the responsibility of Easy Jet.
