Dunkirk beaches visit

Hello all

I have been looking at the various threads on Dunkirk, and I am planning to take a small group to the Dunkirk beaches this March to look at the various relevant evacuation points - I cannot see a specific thread advising what to do.

I was going to start by parking at the museum I have been to before, which has ample parking, but that appears to be closed, so can anyone recommend a plan of action for a beach visit.
