Anyone been? We're undecided between the beach huts at port grimaud (been before) or visiting Sani, we have a 4 year old and a 10 mth bundle of joy! 👶🏼😴

We stayed there last year and loved it. We were in block b, 1st floor. Wife and 2 kids (12 and 8).

I'd recommend b block, with a sea view room. We thought it was amazing. It used to be very much a Russian resort I believe (nothing wrong with that as such), but it seems more balanced now with loads of brits too).

It's a pricey place which is ultimately good, there are next to zero yobs there. We found the food to be great, the beaches very clean and safe - the water is very shallow for well over a hundred metres and is unbelievablly clean and clear. Everybody there was very chiselled and toned so I, um, fitted right in.

We were full board and spent an additional €1000 on drinks, but we decided we wouldn't hold back. Went parasailing too.

They put on entertainment excellent too and had Joss Stone performing at the venue on the hill. They have a separate outdoor theatre with kids entertainment and seem to have brought over West End quality performers for that. You may scoff at that, but it was impressive.

It's ruined the thought of going to any other reports in Europe, no completion at all.

I thought it was about twice as good as I'd hoped it would be. Can you tell that we liked it?

Stayed at Sani a couple of years ago. Wouldnt go again as continually surrounded by wasps all day. Eating outside was nigh on impossible. Also the every day scrum for a sunlounger
Have been to the link below on numerous occasions but depends if Turkey is off your list?

Was it all-inclusive when you stayed?

I really can't remember Paul. It was a few years ago so perhaps it's better now. Isn't it some sort of Eco area, hence the abundance of wasps? Or perhaps there weren't any there when you went.

Wall to wall milfs may have filtered out the buzzing.

We've been for the past five years - don't usually return to the same place more than once or twice so that probably says a lot regarding what we think about it.

We stay in block B with the sea view and watch the sunset most nights before we head out for the (excellent) entertainment. We stay HB and usually have a bill for around 600 euros for any drinks and additional snacks. Its pretty much top league for a Greek family holiday in our opinion - great staff - nothing is too much trouble and from the moment you get into the car at the airport its ultra relaxing. Great food and fantastic spa too with lots of stuff for the kids to do - the kids club is one of the best we've found abroad. Only slight downside is that you are pretty much limited to the resort itself due to its location but there are day trips out to local villages and farms and the marina is great in the evenings.

Best time to go is June as it gets VERY hot in August and there are also far more Russians there...

Last year we did just a week at Sani followed by a week at Ikos Olivia (Sani owned) - its usp is that its AI and its very similar in terms of staff training, facilities and overall quality and feel but it saved me the 600 euro bill at the end. ALso worth a look as its better in some areas ie room size and pools.
