Filling in APIS for US

Everything ok until i get to the bit where it wants an address where i will be staying.
Problem is i wont know that until i pull up at the motel when i have had enough of driving for the day.
Anybody else had this problem, or do i just pick one and put that down, and if it isnt the one i do end up at, do the feds come after me?

Make one up or use one where you think you'll be staying. They do not like it at all if you don't have somewhere firm to to stay. I once had an hour whilst they talked to me and the Mrs separately. I also had to prove I had money - this was in the days before phone banking so I had to call my bank and credit card companies for them to verify that I could support myself. They also wanted proof from my employer that I was expected back at work which was difficult as I work for myself!

I tend to stay the first night near the airport of arrival, so for instance, Philadelphia means I normally stay at the Aloft Philly Airport.
Doesn't mean to say my plans don't change later.
