Dubai Brunch

Morning all.
Mrs Sheepsplitter and myself are off to Dubai next Saturday and want to go the following Friday for one of the famed Dubai Brunches.
Can anyone recommend a good location?
I don't mind spending a few quid for it, so I'm expecting to budget around £100/head - is that a realistic amount for a good brunch?

I've lived in Dubai for 10 years and have tried most of the well known brunches. With the majority sadly, it's quantity not quality.

The Jumeirah restaurants have gone downhill since the management reshuffle.

Observatory, been twice now and would recommend to anyone. Stunning views and great selection.
