If it’s a special occasion get the chopper!
When we are there we visit a beach in Theoule sur mer, it’s got a smashing restaurant & decent views. Plage Blanche.
You’ve got a decent itinerary there perhaps add Menton?
We visited there on our honeymoon on a cruise and spent the day in a beach club, we’ve been back several time since..

You’ve already got it cracked by using boats and trains , it’s by far the best way to get around . Make sure you make the most of Cannes by walking it , I much prefer it to Nice , st tropaz is nice by boat , Monaco is good by train unless as said you want to arrive in style by helecopter , not that anyone will notice. It’s an easy walk around the gp track .
If you're heading towards St Tropez a stop at Port Grimaud is worth doing - known as 'little Venice of Provence' as it's a village made up of canals and you can hire small electric boats to sail around it. There are regular ferries across the bay to St Tropez from there. Obviously not an issue for you but we always park at Grimaud and sail across to avoid the famously horrific traffic jams getting to St Tropez.
If you're heading to Monaco on the train it's worth stopping at Villefranche on the way back - quaint little village with nice seafront bars/restaurants and one of the few sandy beaches you'll find on the riviera.

If headed to St.Tropez, the Pampelonne beach is beautiful. Menton as previously mentioned. If headed to Monaco, the open topped hop on/hop off bus is a great way to see the sights. The Oceanographic museum in the old town is impressive. Lastly, try a few of the St.Tropez blonde beers.

Another +1 for Villefranche but also Cap Ferrat (next door to Villefranche) is a nice pathway following the coast round to the harbour with some stunning little coves/beaches, this would be my choice rather than Monaco, nice lunch and a bottle of chilled Rose, spot on.If you're heading to Monaco on the train it's worth stopping at Villefranche on the way back - quaint little village with nice seafront bars/restaurants and one of the few sandy beaches you'll find on the riviera.
Cap Ferrat and St Tropez for sure, get up in the hills a bit because on a nice day the sea is as blue as a very blue wobbly thing.
Also research sensible food options because frankly in the towns a "nice meal with some chilled rose for two" could be £200 v easily, particularly for "locally caught fish".

Got back from Cannes late last week. Helicopter into Cannes from Nice (booking with Blade is pretty efficient with no hassles if you are late and nice new helicopters). After a couple of days in Cannes (for the boat show), it was a train to Monaco (super cheap and pretty quick) for a spot of lunch and then back to Nice to head for home.
St.Tropez is lovely, but a bit of a hike. It always kills me when I have to go there for a meeting and home same day, but the drive can be fun if you take the back roads and work on practicing your hire car clutchless gear changes.

I would second that; we stayed in a nice modern airbnb around 35 minutes walk from the centre of Antibes and I really enjoyed the centre and the harbour. We took the occasional train to Nice, but Antibes was a great base.We stayed at Theoule this year and caught the passenger ferry to Isle Saint marguerite from the port at Cannes.
Not expensive ( think it was about £15) and takes about 15 mins each way. Weat trainers/ good walking shoes. No cars on the island.
