Hello,

We are back for 2016 and would love to see the return of the Marcos to our event. We used to have issues with the speed humps at our last venue but now we are hosting the event at Brands I hope to see a few back on show if possible.

Details:

Sunday 19th of June - Brands Hatch - The Big One

The deadline for submitting applications to display your car is fast approaching.

There a number of club stand spaces still available which simply need a minimum of 5 cars to secure the stands.

We already have an amazing array of cars signed up to display on top of a number of manufacturers presenting their latest 2016/17 production models.

We aim to have a selection of classic, modern and hypercars on display and with your support we hope to achieve are charity fund raising target.

JHW Classics will be displaying their gorgeous Toyota 2000GT

The Sporting Bears are back in full force with an array of impressive cars that will be giving passenger rides in return for charity donations.

The rides usually only take place on the public roads however this year we have secured two circuit sessions so now it is possible to go out on track.
This would make an ideal Fathers Day present I am sure.

From the AC Cobra RAM to an R35 GTR, Sporting Bears have cars to suit all tastes.
We will also be running a competition in conjuction with "Tunerfest" to give away a passenger ride in the amazing Ferrari F40.

We don't need to tell you how special this car is, I am sure plenty of those attending will have had a poster of it up on their bedroom wall at one point or another.

The F40 will also be doing a very limited number of passenger rides throughout the day in return for a charity donation.

The iconic Ferrari F40 will be giving passenger rides with the Sporting Bears.

As well as our Supercar Siege area, there will be a number of activities on and off the circuit to keep visitors and display drivers entertained:

  • Time Attack - Heavily modified production cars vs the clock out on track
  • Retro Time Attack - Pre 1990 production cars race for the fastest lap in their class.
  • Rally Passenger Rides - GT86 Rally stage for that adrenaline filled hot lap.
  • Drift demonstrations - Some amazing smoke and sideways action out on track.
  • Public Track Time - The chance to take your own car out on circuit.
  • Show & Shine - Best in show and show & shine competitions.
  • Caterham Drift Experience - Go sideways in these fun smile generators.
  • Fun Fair - for children of all ages
  • Trade stands - Selling things you always needed but didn't know until now.

To display your vehicle we are asking for a small £15 donation which will help cover the cost of the ticket plus a small percentage going to the charity.

This money, on top of the Sporting Bears donations, will be our only source of revenue this time around so we are pushing hard to make sure we fill all 300 spaces.

Kind regards,
Ross Thomson
