People who park (quite legitimately) at the side of a narrow road, but leave full steering lock on, so their wheel/tyre is sticking out twice as far as their door mirrors do (which they have considerately folded in, because the road is narrow).

The utter, utter b d who parked exactly 4 inches from the back bumper of my van, which displays a 12x6" sign saying "PLEASE LEAVE 8ft, WHEELCHAIR ACCESS NEEDED". I was very, very nearly late for my sister's wedding rehearsal as I had nobody with me who could safely roll the van forwards so that I could actually get in and drive the bloody thing. I have never in my life so badly wanted to key a vehicle. (I wouldn't. But I wanted to.)
