Hm. Well, initially, I thought, "Awesome!" for the amusement value of such a large cuddly toy. Then I saw this:

Which made me think of this:

(Couldn't find the one where they're outside "partying".)

You'll definitely find giant ones in hamleys, though they will probably cost about £100. Whatever you do dont buy it from the create your own bear section... I made a unicorn for my gf years back, they wouldn't sell it to me until a kissed its heart and made a wish >_< (after which they used a machine to stuff it

I so want one! Unfortunately Mr Antonia has a "one in, one out rule" on bears now so I will just
have to enjoy the photo's.

He threatened to vacuum pack the bears if I got anymore, maybe I should do that with the watches (and other gadget silliness) biggrin

Back to bears:
He has a place in my collection any day.

The breathing issue was raised. My collection already get through a large amount of honey, bamboo, picnic's and other bear related food items. I could stretch to marmalade without to many problems, and he would only need two shilling's bun money every week. The Audi bear's petrol bills are something else!

The OP should realise that large bears have large appetites.

Try boiling the carrots first.
I just get woken up by them all coming back from the pub at some ridiculous hour.

I'm probably very off the mark here but judging by a couple of number based quotes by the OP maybe the first suggestion is actually pretty spot on? scratchchin

I know of a guy that bought an FAO Schwarz giant bear and was flying back on Concorde. He tried to check in with it as hand luggage but was told that it had to go in the hold.

No was was it going in the hold so he bought it is't own seat on Concorde.

I called BS on this story when I heard it but alas, no, it actually happened.

ETA "Cool Story Bro" etc

You could always combine the two - Google "Teddy babes".

For the OP: As said above, Me to You bears seem to go down well and can be found in every Clintons Cards shop everywhere, and they're not horrendously dear.

Depending on the operation maybe the OP should go for one of these. It would make quite a statement in the Z4:
