Professor Brian Cox went from '90's ste band D-Ream to becoming a physicist!
He's probably more famous as a physicist than he ever was as a member of D-Ream
Plus he's done the wonders of the solar system and universe series. He's probably more famous as a physicist than he ever was as a member of D-Ream
On another note, doesn't chesney hawkes from "i am the one and only" fame name work for BT

I am definitely booking a stay in the garden room, then leaving a massive log in his loo. I may trash his garden again, just to make him feel at home....

I had a weird dream the other night that the bloke from Iron Maiden was hanging around outside Southampton Airport in a tatty pilot's uniform with a sign saying "Will fly your plane for food."
But he still belts out the occasional song or two.... Top bloke in my opinion!

That Jeremy actor bloke from Hollyoaks and...Holby City who used go out with Rachel Stevens was in the papers this week for taking a job as a labourer.
He had regular sex with Rachel Stevens. It was only down hill from there really.. I mean, where do you go from that?

Back in the mid 90's my G/F used to baby sit for Neil Webb (Forest/Man UTD/England footballer). I accompanied her a couple of times whilst on holiday during my first year at university. I recall having a conversation with Neil about what I was going to do when I graduated and what he was going to do when he stopped playing professional football.
I guess Neil was one of the last of the breed of premier footballers who didn't benefit (personally) from the huge salaries that later became common place.
He was in the Sun Newspaper a few years back, working as a postman and leaving in a bed sit.
Shame, because he was a genuinely nice bloke.
He's now back at Reading FC, working in hospitality. Still a nice bloke.I guess Neil was one of the last of the breed of premier footballers who didn't benefit (personally) from the huge salaries that later became common place.

Pretty much the face of science in the UK now. He's probably more famous as a physicist than he ever was as a member of D-Ream
He's a "science correspondent" in The Sun and possibly a few other papers, he does TV documentaries in between having an interesting job (rather than something that just pays the bills). His music career was probably over after his band were associated with Tony Blair, anyway. Remember when Thatcher said she liked a band that was supposed to be the next big thing and they were never heard from again?

A few guys I know are now retiring from top flight rugby & have set up cafe's, going into coaching, training as teachers etc. Very, very few "go into the city".
