The lorry. It is on the right carriageway. Like in foreign countries.Whilst it's not a serious falsehood, it is not the truth to maintain that YOU spotted this truck on the A14 this morning. I tried to hint that you'd been 'busted' and withheld any accusation to offer you the opportunity to 'fess up to the embellishment yourself. It's OK to post pictures from the internet. Honestly it is, but it's rather tiresome to claim to have witnessed something first hand if you were not actually there.
So. Was it the A14? Was it this morning? Was the photo taken from the passenger side of a right-hand-drive LGV/HGV, or might it be the driver's side of a left-hand-drive truck. Perspective in terms of height and viewing angle certainly suggests the left hand side of a high cab vehicle. Oh, and most importantly, were you actually in the vehicle at the time the photo was taken? I tried to play it low-key, but now I'm asking straight questions.
Answers please....
No photo as it was a phonecall...
...1930hrs tonight, I get a phonecall on the landline. I answered it, but immediately I realised my mistake, as it wasn't my son checking in from Uni, nor any other of my, nor my wife's, family nor friends.
"Hello. My name is Jordan, and I'm calling you from ***** Lifestyle Surveys. I would like to ask you a few questions regarding your lifestyle. It will take no more than two minutes of your time."
Now, 'Jordan' had a VERY thick, almost impenetrable Indian subcontinental accent. So impenetrable that I was forced to ask him to repeat himself. Four times. I never did find out what the company name was, but I suspect I wasn't meant to hear that part correctly. I only got the last sentence at the fourth attempt.
I'm afraid I was very rude to 'Jordan', and may have called him a tt. This is because, when I said "I'm sorry?" for the fifth time, I think he finally realised that I was trying to string him along for a bit of sport, and he told me, in his best, most professional telephone voice, to "fk off". I may also have laughed, before delivering my abuse, although I was inwardly disappointed that I wasted so little of his time. I'm hoping that 'Jordan' will phone me back now, so that I might invite him round for tea and scones, in order to apologise in person for my downright rude attitude. I know, I know. What would my mother think, right? I'm sure she brought me up better than that...

As 'rohrl' has helpfully pointed out, there is no way that the photo you have posted was taken on any "A14" road (or any other road, for that matter) within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. So either the photograph was taken in another country in which you, and the passenger who took it, were travelling, or you lifted it from the internet or a social media site.
Whilst it's not a serious falsehood, it is not the truth to maintain that YOU spotted this truck on the A14 this morning. I was driving on the A14. I saw a truck with that on the back. It made me chuckle. I didn't have a camera, so I borrowed the picture from t'internet. Hence the comment "NOT MY PIC"...
