That was an oft-played snippet on the Scott Mills Radio1 afternoon show a few years back. Extremely silly (both the song, and Scott Mills, to be fair).

It's filmed on a Norwegian island. Presumably not a fetish thing, but "art, dahhling". The bit where she falls out of the tree and realises she's got her foot stuck in the rope stirrup is pretty damned funny, though. "Adam!" "Adam!".... ..."Heeeelp!"
