The "Bill" thing is a new meme that has gone viral in the past few days and has already annoyed enough people that it's caused quite a negative backlash. I think this one will be short-lived. Or at least I damn well hope it is.

Although I have to say that the one posted here was fairly amusing inasmuch as it's taken a current meme and twisted it into applying to something else (in this case Bill Cosby).
