Is it something to do with the word/letter fridge magnets?
Floppy disks are a magnetic storage medium. Securing them via a large magnet is unlikely to do anything good for the integrity of their data storage.
I'm glad somebody else asked...

I thought the previously posted sign was a Government health warning being placed in certain areas of social housing?

I saw the main picture to that article elsewhere in passing today, and thought it was an image of Colombian or Venezuelan police / paramilitaries - I'm a bit surprised to see that its actually of British police officers. Mind you the cynic in me thinks that the only people like that are the men in the picture, with the whole thing being a publicity stunt like when we see a Ferrari or Lotus police car.

Is that message aimed towards cyclists or drivers?

It's a teddy-tantrum from some poor diddums who had to negotiate a few road closures on ONE Sunday in July.

It took me three hours to do a one hour journey from SW17 to High Wycombe on Sunday. Not only were roads closed all over the place including deep into Surrey, but no diversion or other help signs as to where you could actually go. WAZE was useless because for once the number of closures outnumbered the users to report them. I was blissfully unaware of this bloody pox-ridden event and, yes, I might have pulled a tantrum if I could be bothered. Of course because of the closures, all the remaining main routes were solid traffic. Thirty minutes extra from Hook underpass to the M25 down the A3 then the M25 was solid too. This was around lunchtime and some closures were in until seven o'clock.
