I can't get past where it says "Confectionary".
Not defending per se, as I had to look it up, but apparently...

-Confectionery is the act of making chocolates. To confect something.

-Confectionary refers to a place that sells confections.

I did wonder about that, but didn't look it up. If that's what they intended (and I doubt it, to be fair), then it's a bit out of context after the previous two words - it just looks like they're listing the things they sell as Fudge, Treats and Confectionery. Perhaps over-analysing it now though.

Similar thing when you get a wet room and the floor slopes away from the trap. rolleyes

I suspect what has happened in the above pic though is that the surrounding block paving has settled - whilst the drain (having a big bed of concrete to secure it in place) hasn't.

I was on another site (apartments) recently where the bathrooms were flooding due to the floors sloping the wrong way. Again poor workmanship!

We've a sweet shop in Ludlow called - 'Badcocks Fudgery'.

My girlfriend just pointed this shop out to me as we walked past it and it took me a while to remember where I'd seen it before! Certainly amused her laugh

You could have popped in and asked them whether the "a" was intentional. Talk about half a job.

ETA - unless by "just" you actually mean after 11pm, in which case you're excused.
