Had the car out today for the first time in a week.I had some running issues which I hoped I had sorted.I have fitted new plugs and leads but the problem is still there. The car starts first time then runs for about a minute then stops.starts again ok.When driven its very lumpy and juddery at mid range revs, when knocked down a gear its away then it starts again. If I release my foot from the exccelarator it pretty smooth, push a little and its back again. This only lasts until the car gets to temperature or around 10 mins after that its as smooth as silk.Is this a ignition problem, coil pack ect or a fuel problem, or is a sensor not working as it should.Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated

Or you could argue its like many items on the MOT test, not all cars have to have certain features but if they are fitted they have to work. It could be argued that by having an auto brake fitted to the trolly the user has an expectation that by releasing the handle the trolly will stop and not roll free, by failing to maintain that brake the store may have taken on the responsibility of damage from that freewheeling trolley, a responsibility they wouldn't have had if the brake hadn't been fitted in the first place. The same as a three wheel trolly toppling would likely be user error in loading, whereas a wheel falling of a four wheel trolly and it toppling and causing injury should see some liability for the trolly owner for failed maintenance.
Obviously a Viper thing - since they have an "e" in the username they don't feel the need to put one in trolley.

Or ViperDave & Vipers are one and the same.
