Thinking of the future is why i spend my summer working on a farm, whilst im studying business at university its nice to know ive allways got a back up career that will allways be needed. Someone a lot smarter than me once said that you need a doctor on average 3 times a year over the course of your life, you need a farmer three times a day.

Absolutely get Occy Health on board - as it is them who are going to be saying " it is extrememly likely that this condition falls within the disability provision of the equality act "

if the person is not in a union / professional representation organisation, get in one like tommorrow morning ...

the home based bit they will have to justify one way or the other and if Occy Health say it;s reasonable adjustment ... ( however some roles cannot be hoem based due to security of records etc)

As a person much involved with kitchens I come across that word a lot. The other one is 'peninsular'. I don't know why they do that, because the adjective isn't something one would come across as often as the noun, surely?
