It's not made riskier per say; the risk that is increased is the risk of being sued, meaning the cost may make the activity prohibitively expensive for both participant and organiser.

Finding it hard to believe no ones taken extended test in private car.
Do not see point in learning to drive a new car when im never probably going to drive one again. Till self drives come out any how lol looked at new car tell you gear changes. Cameras, beepers, auto release hand brake, hill hold, no spare wheel. Why they do emerancy stops on test is beyound me, hit brake peddle drop clutch. This is probably why theres such poor drivers on the road pass test. Buy 15 year old car no idea how to drive it.

There's quite a bit of that list which isn't "antisocial behaviour", but actual criminal crimes. Are you telling me that the police have been utterly disinterested in any of those?

I would welcome a return to 'good old fashioned policing' but, when it comes to you and I, we are easy targets, with no disgression!

Ok, I'll find a contact info for the local authorities.
The issue I find is mainly during bad weather, it's OK in the summer when there ground is more compact but it's basically a pete-bog.
