Something I've noticed in recent emails from recruitment agencies:
"A person or organization using the services of a lawyer or other professional person or company"
So does that mean it's correct to say "my client are"?

My client are a leading IT Service provider working with some major clients across the UK and internationally.
The dictionary definition of client is:"A person or organization using the services of a lawyer or other professional person or company"
So does that mean it's correct to say "my client are"?
