Can anyone recomend a batery theat will fit without all of the above? I'm P****d of with having to do all of the above every few years. Yes, I know I should have fitted an Optimate (other brands are available) but I diddn't. I have one now.
So any advice is welcomed. It's a 1994 1700 Super Sprintwith the battery underneath the Webers. The 7 is not used regularly so it's not as if I'm starting it every day.

They are heavy and large and and the ford is under powers

The crank in the ajp is what makes the cerb what it is
