It's definatly not from the application guide or the informatiin sheet they gave my wife to leave with!

Surely the whole bloody point of the counter signature is that it should be someone detached from the applicant and less likly to help with a fraudulent application!

“Shocking”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 November 2014 NEW

We're do I start, I picked this venue for a meal for my birthday for me and my wife, I don't appreciate being served plastic chicken, my wife's dish tasted like some type of chemical, disgusting for once of a better work, they came over to the table and asked what was wrong with the food and we said not nice so they brought the manager, he then offered us another dish to share from is recommendation, still the plastic chicken but it did taste like Chinese rather than indian, anyway, to cut a long story short, I have been up all not ghd being sick, never again will I use this so called indian, I have had better take aways from a back street, I do wish to add, I an a conssuierr on indian food, (shocking)

No, Mitchell has been refusing to say "what he actually said" but stating that he "never said PLEB". He nknows all along that he caused this issue, and he has been caught out because he's refused to state on record the exact words. Its quite possioble that he doesnt knwo the exact words, in the heat of an arguement you can often use words that you really wouldnt/shouldnt and cant even remember using them later.

But he used his position to turn this on the officers and persue the case, instead of swallowing a little humble pie and saying something along the lines of "I'm sorry if I did use those words, I cant even remenber clearly if I did or not". A grown man, a real man, would have stopped this farce with a simple appology.

He, instead, chose to persue the ruination of a number of officers careers.

For longitudinal engines mounted back behind the front axel line I'd say yes.

Nose heavy transverse layout + rear opening bonnet = PITA

Ok, again thanks for the reply's, The guy who put it there is self employed, he rents the forecourt and is a tenant, so sacking or reporting to HR is out.

It's not a mission Matt, its a fact. I'm not saying that the killing of michael Brown was down to a particularily militarized police man as clearly that wasn't the case.

The main point that I was making was that the US police service is armed just like a military force as is becomming apparent. Its irrelevent that the local bobby on the beat isnt in a tank, his station can call upon one if required and that is the real point I'm making when I say "grotesquely over militairized police force".

Write a letter to CEO. Ask for deadlock letter to ombudsman if the matter isn't resolved properly.

Final straw is issuing county court claim for breach of DPA. There was a claim made by Durkin which went to the supreme court and set a precedent of sorts. Lawyers will argue that it's not a proper president as it was about scotland - however in my experience (similar to yours) the lawyers were desperate to settle before seeing who the county court judge wanted to side with.

Most likely the letter to CEO will cover it - but if it doesn't, then you could get an okay holiday out of this.
