sorry to hear about the accident, hopefully you will get a plastic surgeon to give you as neat as scar as possible.
definatley sue, as you have a right to. you may not be bothered now, but a few years down the line if you ever get turned away, or a job offer refused their may be that nagging doubt in your mid its connected.

any visible scar is worth a good amount of money for this reason, and how consious you may become. brothers GF had one on her head, very tiny from him rolling his 106 rallye, she got a few thousand for it and thats ten year ago.

also when your sex life goes down hill because your GF is put of or your concious, is worth a bit. but dont thank me for saying your sex lifes effected, just for the additional pounds you get for that

i hope all works out well for you
I feel a bit sorry for this chap.

Well why not take him to Newark Air Museum XM594 is parked there plus lots of other aircraft its only 40 miles down the A1 from Doncaster. As for XH558 it has alot of affinity with Bruntingthorpe as David Walton brought it and the available spares from the RAF when they decided to retire her and at least she would get to do fast taxi runs. Robin Hood(Finningley) is a commercial airfield now so I cant see there being much opportunity for fast taxi runs.Plus when the cash runs out I suspect they will want their hangar back so you could well end up in a situation that XH558 is sat at the back of the airfield unable to fly and could even end up being scrapped.
brought it ? from where ?
Unfortunately, Richjam didn't get it and responded as if it were normal to confuse "bought" with "brought" ..... I give in !

I'm wondering if the above actually belongs here. The questionable syntax could either be a spelling mistake or just absentmindedness as he's simply forgotten to finish the sentence.

I'm guessing you are concerned about my use of 'said' in relation to something that was written? If you like to have a look here
http://oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/s...
you will find various examples of the use of the verb 'say' about stuff that was written rather than spoken.

As a matter of interest, since you bring it up, would you pronounce 'wining' in the same way as you would 'whining'. I wouldn't, but maybe it's a regional thing?

Unless you're being pernickety about pronouncing the 'h' then yes, I would pronounce them exactly the same way. In the sentence "Stop whining and take me wining and dining" 'wining' and 'whining' would be indistinguishable..

Who pronounces the 'h' in words beginning 'wh' these days except affected poshos and Meg Griffin? Or did you mean some other variation? ETA oh, and the Scotch.

This is definitely a regional thing. I grew up in Edinburgh where words which begin wh are pronounced hw. I live in the south east now and there is no difference in pronunciation between wining and whining, ditto were and where etc.

For goodness' sake if you're going to use a silly word for something, at least spell it correctly!

I'm not pernickety about pronounciation, but I am about logic, and your post is a good example of the fallacy of the false dilemma. I pronounce the 'h' in words such as 'whining' (it's faint but it's there) and I am neither posh or Me Griffin (should that name mean anything to me?).
