I've seen plenty of other cars where you can by the lense and the lense appears to clip in to the unit - anybody got ideas?

Do tell us more - just what were you responding too then? Somebody who does know the important grammatical differentiation between of and off when you demonstrably don't maybe? Somebody on a car forum - of all places - you rashly assume doesn't know what a Mustang is? Somebody who does know for sure that you can't actually spell anything at all with numbers or takes a not that unreasonable objection at the all too common use of txtspk, ignorance and lack of basic English skills?

So I quit drinking as a new years resolution. I was probably drinking over the safe limit every week but by no means an alcoholic. I've stuck to it too, first couple of weeks sucked but I am okay with it now.

What I didn't expect was everyone else reaction. I figured I get some support but just the opposite. Its like if you go out and don't drink there is some sort of stigmata on you when we go out.

Just to enforce the route you are taking we have had two sets of nucence tripping.

Do you use a emmersion heater? that could explain the randomness, as it could only happen at certain temps.

If people don't know how to spell words why don't they check, it's not as if they aren't on the Internet. I suppose because they don't care they don't think anyone else cares, but I have the feeling that poster is in business, I think he should care.

You're kind of asking the wrong person as it's difficult to understand how these days you can manage to spell something so badly. I can only assume they are communicating via something with no spell check or predictive text on it.
The other one that confounds me is people who type away, but don't actually read what they've posted up. The amount of rubbish posted via 'predictive text' is amazing. My grammar isn't that good, but at least I can give the illusion that I went to school.

'Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.'

and:

'The wise post up when they have something to say, whilst a fool posts up because he has to say something'

Should be adhered to more regularly, he said pompously (and probably grammatically incorrectly! smile
