It's the same as English, a double negative.

I did something - positive.
I did nothing - negative.
I didn't do nothing - double negative, same as positive.

Fair enough!

Last go:

You've got 5 apples.
Then I take away 5 of them. So, now you have none.

Then I feel bad, so I say, "sorry Blib, I am going to do the opposite of what I just did."
So I give you 5 back.

Doing the opposite of taking away is adding.

How do you like them apples?

once in a while summat happens like that comet in Russia and that plane yesterday, that gets caught on a dash cam or some such and all of a sudden the footage is all over the media, so how much would the footage make for the person that owns the dash cam or whatever it was taken on?

Bra sizes?? A double D is bigger than a D, double E is bigger than E etc. But double A is smaller than an A. confused

And I've never heard of double B or double C.

How's it work.
The stuff I know...

"B" and "C" are (or at least, were) "normal".
"D" is bigger than "C". Then double the letters for "even bigger". Same with E, F etc.
"B" is smaller than "C". Then double the letters for "even smaller". Same with A.

There is no double "B" or "C" as that would mean "even more normal".

I've no idea why I know this.

Is the chocolate that Cadbury's make their Easter Egg shells from different to the ordinary version? I think it tastes nicer, but that could be just because for any given weight of chocolate there is a larger surface area than the block version.

This year or previous years? They've changed the recipe this year.

Only had one so far this year, didn't notice any difference, but there may well be some.

There is, and there are only 5 in a box now. There was a bit of a storm about the new (cheaper) recipe on social media.

The easter egg I had was in a box on its own. Are you thinking of Creme Eggs?

Mrs. S. has long been of the opinion that Easter egg chocolate id the nicest chocolate there is, I think it's all to do with presentation and expectation.

How come plaster saws don't cut the skin?
Because skin is elastic, and can move a little. The saw blade can cut the (much stiffer) plaster while moving less than this, so while the skin gets wiggled back and forth a bit, it doesn't move relative to the blade and thus doesn't get cut.

How much longer is the clockwise LH lane than the anticlockwise LH lane?

It depends if the person has a syndication agreement. If you submit it directly to the bbc then they sell it on then nothing (bbc t and cs are horrid any they become the owners). If on the other hand, you went to a press agency and signed an agreement for world wide syndication then the anything is possible. I was on 60% of what it sold for with my stuff if it sold.

How long does it take good to be turned into fat and stored as body fat?

E.g if I have a load of curries and beers this weekend, how long until I will see its effects on my body?

Surprisingly little as the distance (increase in diameter between inner and outer lanes is small compared to the diameter overall).

Therefore for worst case lane one for both the distance would be 2(3.5mx4) + say 4m for central res. so 18meters roughly between lane 1 clockwise and lane 1 anticlockwise - gives 18*pie =56.5m extra for a loop in lane 1 going clockwise, if you stay in lane 3 then it's just the 4m for the central reservations gives 12.5m extra (or less) a lap.

Thus mathematically proving why people chose to sit in the outside lanes going clockwise.

What's the origins of the saying "can't hit a barn door with a banjo"? The internets are not turning up anything and I don't get what a musical instrument has got to do with not being able to hit something quite flat and sizeable. confused

Isn't it double the additional radius you should use - rather that 18xpi it should be 36xpi?
