There are a bunch of very noisy workmen banging about next door... I have decided to get over this by putting the hifi on. It might be a bit on the loud side.

Hello All,
Today I got up at 9. On a day off.
Then I went an allotment, and did some allotment type stuff. It was 16 degrees earlier and it is still very sunny. Lovely.

StanceFace I know man, it's just f king annoying by now. Atleast a cold f ks off after a few days. Forgot Didn't have time to take my tablets this morning so only had them at lunch, seems to have made quite a difference to the feeling of it.

Not being funny fella, at least Bells palsy mostly goes away after a while. Some people have far worse conditions that they won't recover from. Otherwise you're vaguely fit and healthy (although god knows how, with your diet) so quit whinging hooker.
