Had never spoken to them before, it was literally the first message I sent to them, I usually send them to girls just outside of my home town, just in case they get really offended, and I bump into them down town or something, this has happened before! Haha
We dont know if any would have followed through with actions though do we? Possibly those replying were replying as a joke. What we need to know is whether any deliver and if so long the converstation is until they do.
Haha, from the pics and messages they have been sending me today, they would def go through with it! One lives an hour away though, I aint driving that far to just bang a 6/10, another wants to see me next weekend.. These were just a few responses, basically showing that they will reply if you send them a stupid message like that! I have had my fair share of POF girls, dont worry about that..
Just got back from meeting the one that wanted to meet at the weekend, yea they followed through with the actions, well only the second part, no picnics happened.

Ooh, interesting Tinder match has just come up. I know her from work .... thought the face looked familiar.

Due to being at work (and a very "politically correct" company), a suggestion of "meeting up friday and smashing in her backdoor" would probably be frowned on.

Why would it ever not be frowned upon, PC-company or not?

I know some are claiming success with cheeky messages, but show - and have - some respect FFS.

Totally agree there. Once I've exchanged pleasantries, initial gentlemanly flirting will ensue.

If I sense a connection, then, yes filth will follow but I do feel politeness and manners should still rule.

The ladies I've met love the fact I don't swear, am smart, turn up on time, open doors etc.

If a woman expected anything less she wouldn't be for me.

I've always had a healthy paranoia about office relationships, to the point that I've only ever done basic flirting, never anything beyond that. Our employer is very vocal about "doing the right thing". And whilst she's a scouser, I still wouldn't ever start off with anything lewd. Thats second date material.

Will just have to suggest a quiet morning meeting at our Starbucks ....

Politeness, courtesy, respect & manners and a mucky mind with naughty intent are not a mutually exclusive set of behaviours. It's perfectly possible - and necessary in my view - to strike a good balance between the two in communications, else forever consign yourself to the friendzone.

As much as many men seem to want a we in the sheets and a lady in the streets, they tend to want the same in us too. Being all of one or the other is just one-dimensional and tedious.

Many women seem to find the qualities at the beginning of the sentence enhance those at the end. As you say, the combo is the key. Focus too much on one and lose the other.

Both spot on - manners, cheek and filth.

MattUk! You are a genius.

After years of polite messages, trying to see sommat in their photos to talk about, trying to be clever etc I got a match yesterday with a good looking lass, 43, I'm 51, who said in her profile that she was not looking for a one night stand.

I just said fancy a pint and some chips after but sex is off the menu as I can be patient (OK not as rude but brash for me) and she came back laughing and chatty and this was only yesterday.

Glad I could help, the thing is this approach actually works, you will get negative replies, but I find all I have to say is something along the lines of " Haha chill out, this was just an opening message to get you to reply, lets be honest if I said hi, how are you, would you of replied?" To which they will reply again, and you can get the conversation started from there, and judge on their replies how flirty/dirty to be.. At the end of the day woman love sex just as much as men, they are just more conservative! Thats why I laugh at the people who say you should be nicer and show more respect. Gotta rememember the good looking ones get 100s of messages a day, you need to stand out.
