3 bed semi, good location, good sized garden, car & a half garage. Big driveway.

£395 a month mortgage & estimated costs of £275 a month.

That seem fair?

At the Doctors. Perhaps the most depressing places on earth, bar the North East of England.

Yesterday, 25°c and sunny, let's get his hair cut.

Today, hair cut and 15°c and pissing it down.

Ooops.

Council Bubs: Shorpe. Rental market is very strong so buying makes sense. If move on, rent it out.

LSI: new boiler two years ago. Double gazed blah blah

I may have accidentally sexted the wrong female this morning, I believe that protocol dictates that I wait and see if I get a reply, and what it says, before apologising profusely if necessary.

Dave - I mean this in the nicest possible way so don't jump down my throat but do not buy that house unless you can afford to take it on yourself if you have to. No matter how rosy things might be with the BM most mortgages last longer than most relationships and I'm not saying that is what will happen to you but you have to be prepared.

I once moved to a house with a possessed fish pond.

My bream turned into a nightmare.

In other news, I may be placing a further application for increased man-points again.

Tonight, I shall be removing and cleaning the carburettor from my mobile-lawn-command-unit. Last night I inspected the spark plug, cleaned and checked the gap. Now it's time to look for blockages and 'gunk' and stuff. If I treat the illness within its fuelling system and free all of the 16.5 horses, you can expect the application in triplicate in a couple of days time.
