JAYB: which bit? Re: sorting it now
If there is resentment over who pays for what and what each of you does with your own money.

It's a niggle that will just keep getting worse.

You're either a partnership, or you aren't.

Make up your minds.
I've got to agree with Cheryl Tweedy here: Lob-sided financial arrangements never work out well.
True. It stung (stings less now*) but we do a 50-50 split on all things joint, and the rest to do with as you please. Fairest way.

*I've just about caught up with him now!

The thing with money-niggles is that they're a small niggle... but it's a constant niggle that inevitable builds, and by the time it's a full-blown problem, there's loads of other issues to deal with too, like resentment and jealousy and the like.

(I think CW meant lopsided.)

My potato wedges could have done with a little bit longer in the oven.

And I've dripped baked bean juice on my T-shirt.

Better?
It was a job for Depend-O-Womble.

Marvellous.

I did and have since edited. That'll learn me for typing one-handed whilst eating me tea and listening to last night's Eastenders.

Can we assume this over-ambitious multi-tasking as also the cause of the baked bean drippage?

This would seem to be the case.

I'm sorry; I've let you down, I've let Trivial Towers down, but most of all I've let myself down.

Really. Perhaps you don't need them.. in a functional way, but maybe, just maybe you like to choose to spend some time with the people that you do like smile

Are you sayiing it wasn't actually a tee shirt but was in fact the vest of your Depend-O-Womble superhero suit and you won't be available for any world saving this evening?

Consider saving the world with baked bean juice in situ is my advice.

And you've known me IRL for a similar length of time. I sense a pattern weeping

I get like that sometimes - but the way to look at it is that the people you do want to spend time with are generally worth it. If you ever want to shoot the st over a pint fella my services are available.

With all those photographers, TV crews and most importantly busty and impressionable young bimbos that world-saving inevitably draws?

This is classic stuff. And very moving to see everyone heed the rallying cry.

Heartfelt thanks.

I'm off home in a minute to Soggy Acres.

Be good.
