Not really frivolous on my part, however I have just received my bday present from my younger brother.

As a lurker on this thread I've been close to buying a few things over the last couple of months. Couldn't resist these though. Not 100% frivolous as I was looking for a new pair of apres ski sunglasses all through this year's ski trip so at least I have next year sorted out now.

Will I be able to pull them off? Probably not.
Will I care? Hell no!
I was trying to resist looking at them but temptation got the better of me. Christ, they are cheap! Has anybody got a pair already? What is the quality like?

Very, very tempting.
Very cheap for polarised sunglasses. And I assume the material is polarised, or it isn't... given I was loooking at getting a pair for £175 then £35 is a no-brainer!

If they turn out to be of decent quality, I can definitely see myself ordering more...

They should hopefully be here tomorrow smile
I'm sure your 10 & 11 year old daughters will be pleased.

I tried to resist but i'm going to Ibiza in two weeks and need sunglasses that i won't mind possibly trashing whilst a little tipsy (a lesson i learned with a set of Ray Bans the first time i went and a set of Oakleys last timefrown), if they turn out to be decent i reckon i'll get another pair.

I might have also backed their indiegogo campaign as well, why cannot i not resist shiny things?

What colours did you go for?
I went for green lenses and arms with a blue frame. I ski in green and blue so these should set it off nicely at the bar smile

I'll be pleasantly surprised if the lenses are good enough to actually ski with, but for £35 I'll be happy to use them at the bar afterwards. Plus it will be great fun annoying my fiancée by wearing them throughout the summer!

I'll post a picture of them up when they arrive.

I will apologise now as I fear I might be leading many of you on the road to financial ruin with this link...lunch time is going to get expensive when I start looking through them all.

I am liking those a lot. I really don't need anymore sunglasses.

Mine arrived this morning, less than 24 hours after making the order. Got to say that I'm really impressed with that.

I can't get a decent picture so won't bother posting my terrible attempts. If I'm completely honest I was hoping for a slightly brighter green, but otherwise they are great. Very light and comfortable to wear and the lenses seem to be good too.

These will be a great pair for the beach and will definitely look the part for skiing next year smile

Mine have just arrived too,

The lenses are lovely, although the blue lenses are bit more purple than I was expecting. but they'll definitely do for my festivals in the summer smile

Mrowl. I already have 4 pairs of gloves but always fancied some Held ones. Not sure they're worth the £200 but they feel pretty damn tough.

I wasn't sure if the pink was too much! Not sure if I'm brave enough.

How do you spec your colour when you order? Is it after the paypal option?

Its the first thing you do. The dots in the top right move around the sections.

Not sure about everyone else, but I think they are ace. Lenses are decent, materials are good and the size is perfect. To top it off at £35 a pair, can't be beaten. Will be ordering another couple of pairs.

My mistake. You can buy the classics.

You need to reserve and pledge for the mavericks.

Not a purchase, but discovering how many PHers tend toward the hipster aesthetic is priceless.
