Lichtenberg figure? What size, how much, where? I've been tempted for some time.
2" x 2"
From here -> http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/berthickman/m.html?_nkw=...

Partner's dad has one that he made himself and she's been obsessed by it for some years, spotted them on eBay so had to do it.. Arguably not frivolous, but it's a lovely little thing..

(Watch out for customs charges/VAT and RM's surcharges..)
Ta.

When I get round to it, I'll probably go here:

http://www.capturedlightning.com/frames/interestin...

As the prices are almost identical, if not a little cheaper, and shipping less of a pain. The 4"*6" seems reasonable.

That's pretty irresponsible - but potentially very funny once it goes viral...

With no cover though, they're not very well protected. I went with a Rega P1 and it sounds fantastic. Pro-ject make practically the same one (essential II) with a different cartridge and it even comes in red Linky Link

Interesting, will see what it's like.

Just for doing the stairs alone it seems brilliant! Although the previous owners need shooting for specifying cream carpet throughout...
