There are two reasons to resist. It looks crap and it can only be used in dry weather. £200 can buy you an awful lot of classic touring bike.https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/817362809/bam...

What is it about this forum (and this thread in particular) and daft things being done with Renault Espaces? We've seen one grafted onto a Lexus LS400 chassis with a central driving position and NOS, we've seen another with a bloody great jet engine in the back, and now one covered in fur!

Has anyone asked the question why he has a car that needs to be groomed rather than washed?
I did comb it the other day, though I think a good shampoo is in order! In response to the question, I run a shop in the Highlands and we are about to start doing deliveries, so before we started I thought that I would get an old estate car for that reason and other dogsbody jobs.
So when I went looking I found this, already furred up, fresh off of a trip to Monaco for a banger rally and it was not too far away. So for £400 I had a furry car! Which garners the sort of publicity that money alone just cannot buy
Deliveries will start in the next couple of weeks so I'll update the readers' cars topic that I posted just after I got it.

I suppose I should have added 'When stationary'I know, because I asked a while back about putting bull horns on the front grille of a Land Rover and there are apparently several acts legislating against them

Just bought a robot vacuum from Aldi. It is currently freaking the cats out. But seems to be doing an ok job!
Briefly had two of those. Was literally minutes of fun watching them get confused mapping the flat and getting confused when they keep detecting other things that weren't where they though they should be, (i.e. the other one moving around).Besides, who else do you transport a cat in a shark costume around the floor? All I need now is a compliant cat and a shark costume. Did see a radio controlled inflatable shark a while ago, but can't get the helium over here..

I already own three watches but I don't have a smartwatch.
Predicting a bottom drawer dust collector but hope it's actually useful.
Should I have waited for the Apple watch, time will tell!
I've had one for probably coming up to two years now (one thing the rubber strap rotted and fell off)! Couldn't do without a smart watch - always coming in handy. Especially for changing the music when having a shower, or adjusting the flat's thermostat in bed. However the samsung watches look amazing. Predicting a bottom drawer dust collector but hope it's actually useful.

You need a WiFi model for iOS, I've got one that looks a bit like this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/ERUSUN-Wireless-Diagnostic...
Was £12ish when I bought it I think.
Hardly frivolous though, used mine to diagnose an occasional misfire/faulty coil recently. Has already paid for itself.
The 0-60 timer on DashCommand is quite fun too...
Stupid question coming up but how do you know which cars this is comparable for? I have just bought an b7 rs4 and this might come in handy!http://www.amazon.co.uk/ERUSUN-Wireless-Diagnostic...
