I'm spending £600 hardwiring ethernet around my home as occasionally it drops out due to using powerline. Seems pretty frivolous

I wasn't looking to buy another chair, but this came up locally (it's not a real one, but still seems frivolous to me...)

Decided I needed a new pair of boots for winter, those lovely looking Grensons at 215 quid will do the join. Hang on though, there's another pair I like as well and these are only 115 quid. Quick bit of man maths, buying 2 pairs brings the average price down to only 170 quid a pair.

Just bought an E36 I didn't need, at all. With an ABS fault.

Not really sure how she lets me get away with it.

The real question is, how fast can you spin it?

They don't once in that vid talk about the audio capability or sound quality of the thing...

Wibble, where do you get it from, and how would you rate it's quality?

Looking for an Eames Lounge Chair replica, but there seems to be huge variation in price with little to see as a quality difference.

Mine has stood up to 12 months of use very nicely (got it from kickstarter). The only down side for me was that the central pin was too big for my house key and broke it frown (the key not the orbitkey). I hear they have made the pin a tad thinner now which would be good.
Blimey. One would have assumed that the key would have broken the orbitkey.
My key is one of those new fangled ones with a plastic end on it, the pin just fit through the hole but must have got caught and the leverage was enough to snap the loop off

craigslist 2nd hand for c$500, its about 4-5yrs old, a bit scratched, but is a good replica compared to some, see here for some of the differences:

I could never truly justify 4-5000c$ that Herman Millar charge !

Indeed, the other half would lynch me if I went near HM/Vitra...

Thanks for the link, I'll be doing some more searching - there are a couple I've found at the £800 mark that look pretty good, but always difficult to tell from Internet shop pics.
