I've got no issue with quality, the mounts can snap when hit by, for example, a kayak paddle, but the actual quality, use etc is bang on. Touch screen, good battery life, 100% waterproofness so far - everyone in my boat club is getting one for next year's big adventure, so we can make a massive, multi-angle video. The cheaper one is slightly easier on memory cards/file size. Also the waterproof case can muffle the sound but that's to be expected with anything supposedly waterproof.
All are available from UK sellers too for not much/any more, but I've found the chinese places like to bend over backwards for good feedback and usually bung in a load of extras.

Used one of these on a surfing holiday recently, the mount stayed on the board and the camera stayed dry despite an incredible pounding from 10ft+ waves. Really impressed. If I remember rightly, the 60fps mode was a bit crap, it just recorded at 30fps but replicated each frame twice so instead of 1,2,3,4,5 at 30fps it appeared as 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5 at 60fps.
