Those who wanted the HP stream 7 may be worth looking at the linx 7 as its £60 on eBay. Same processor and clockspeed, same size batter only a 2mp camera but has HDMI out

Tempted for vagcom.

I hope windows opt free OS for desktops after this tablet trial.

The Linx 8 is 90 quid in Sainsburys. I have an ipad and a Nexus 7 yet I think I need this.

Great stuff!

Did you use a discount code?
I managed to just miss the 20% off Christmas offer. But then, I emailed them & they sent me a special 20% off code.
Deff worth asking them, if it's not too late!

Will be interesting to see if GP legends honour it as I ordered six on friday which came in at £25 with delivery.

Tried to order another 3 a minute ago as presents and the discount at the till no longer applies, £22.50 for 3.

I'm awaiting an email smile
Let us know what they say; my order didn't go through for some reason, and I only just noticed. So tried again today but the price had gone up (or maybe it was a glitch that they fixed?)

This is the email I received, with cautious advisory re mispricing smile

Think I'm going to have to buy an iPhone 6, so I can add a Nomad charger cable to my Orbitkey!
(They don't make one for my iPhone 4S)

You want ready built? If so then check out rspropmasters (if you are a fan this will be your downfall).
They have a screen used helmet they are currently casting from and the signature edition will be ready early may I believe. Their trooper armour is cast from an original screen used kit and has ever lump and bump including a propmakers thumb print in the bicep armour 😀

If you want to build yourself (and it's not that hard) then studio creations in the US do a kit but bear in mind import charges.

I had my armour from RS as a kit, great guys and happy to offer a cuppa if you are in Stockport. The place is jaw dropping for a fan girl like me.

It's not a cheap hobby, in kit form a trooper helmet alone will set you back around £300. full armour kits around £700. Scouts are a bit cheaper. Hell of an investment though.

That is bloody awesome!
As i just got myself an Iphone 6, and just discovered that you can buy a nomad key, and then discovered that they are on Prime on Amazon there is one on it's way.

I have not been on PH for nearly a month and the first bloody thing i checked was this thread, i will never learn impulse control. :banghead.

In return i offer my latest Kickstarter Stupidity.

As a lefty i tend to take all my notes in Pencil or use really cheap biros, a situation that has never affected my wallet and that means i never really have nice pens on me.
So here is a fking $60 (plus $15 shipping!) pencil i will almost certainly bloody lose.

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/andrewsanders...

Fifty fking quid on a pencil, and yet i am really excited.
