At £1.98 (including postage) for 10, they're not exactly going to break the bank. But definitely frivolous.

I thought they might be useful for attaching USB memory sticks to things. Or for keeping their lids attached to them. Or, um.... stuff.
Maybe they could hold your flower power card hehe

I've got a perfectly good case for my iPad mini, but it wasn't a stainless steel case, and for a tenner this seemed worth a go, http://www.heinnie.com/crkt-inoxcase-for-ipad-mini

It's arrived, will try it tonight.
i spend far too much on HH.
Well thanks a lot you two. I'd never heard of that website, now I've ordered a knife (that I definitely don't need) and a shemagh (which I wanted but again, didn't need).

Just treated myself to a new 70D. Have got a perfectly serviceable 350D at home that doesn't get much use, but have a 10 day trip to the States coming up and you can never have too many toys.

Using man maths the correct process would have been : wait till you're in the States, locate camera shop, use exchange rate buying power to buy the next model up. Job done.

I appear to have just spent £45 on some bits of driftwood.

My other half spend £100 on a piece of wood, since it's purchase, it's sat in the cupboard. Frivolous, no, it's damn right idiotic!
my M-I-l picks pieces of driftwood up from the beach to sell on eBay, makes a decent amount doing it as well and that's not even turning it in to "furniture".

Works out at almost exactly the same price, not to mention I'm unsure about warranty issues.

When i went to LA in 2001 i bought a Compact Canon Digital which was 2mp - paid $600 and it was £599 here. can't believe i spent another $120 on a 128MB compact flash card for it lol.

Just $40 on ebay. However I had it less than an hour when Mrs D picked it up without gloves and brings it to me to ask what it is.
It now has Mrs D unremovable fingerpints on it - sad times.
Remember to keep your toys locked up securely from other family members people.
