Nice! Master Replicas tracker? There getting hard to find nowadays.
Yeah, it was number 92 out of 2,500. Paid £110 for it and sold it on eBay late last year for £550 to someone in Germany!

Good price! I got, ironically, number 501...

Not me, but there's a chap on the m/barge thread in GG with possibly the best example of man maths ever.

Went out to buy a Clio.

Came home with a running Arrows F1 car and spares package.

It's not frivolous as he wanted a track car, a simple bit of man maths got him to what he ended up buying.

I'd argue it is completely frivolous! You can buy a cheap knife set for all your kitchen needs, there is absolutely no need for a set of Robert Welch/Global/whatever knives. They do the same thing, likewise a Clio does the same thing as an ex F1 car....roughly.

Man maths is just an excuse for the frivolity anyway hehe

Hmmm. I appear to have bought some more original comic art...

I've used Heroic Art for an original oil piece before, this:

I've bought a few pieces from Heroic before and besides the great art, their customer service is outstanding.

ETA: This is my favourite one that I've purchased from them.

Steve Thomas' art is superb. He does lots of retro style posters for pop culture like Star Wars, Tron, etc.

http://www.stevethomasart.com

I would absolutely love to buy some of his stuff.
Some very nice work there and those posters are fantastic! Apart from Gary Brown (in my link) I'm a big JP Leon fan. JP did a lot of the cover art for Brian Wood's DMZ excellent series and he was kind enough to do me a commission of DMZ's lead character Matty Roth. In the sprit of this thread, I should point out that I haven't quite had the balls to tell the missus, so it is currently in storage at a friend's house...

One for the pictures that make my teeth itch thread too. Empty socket at the let hand side but it's still switched on.

It wont use any less power if you switch it off.
