i have Canadian relatives though, wouldn't that make me a 'diet-coke' american ? smile

they keep saying i should sell up and move over there. One of the inlaws is a pro racing driver, i could have a V8, house in the forest for £60k etc etc etc etc.

actually, wtf is keeping me in the UK?!

smile

No, it's actually edible. Quite moreish, actually.

I went through a can in about 3 days.

It went through me a bit quicker than that.

I need to put a shelf up on the weekend, so naturally I had to buy a self-levelling laser level that projects a horizontal and vertical line onto the wall.

And, since it needs to be mounted at the height you want the line to be projected, I also bought an extending pole that goes from floor to ceiling to clamp it to. Said pole is meant to be used to help fit ceiling panels with just one person.

Total cost: £43 for the level and £14 for the pole.

Don't tell me; as well as needing to be mounted at the same height as the projected lines required, it also needs to be mounted straight and level??

Sounds ideal for putting up shelves on opposing walls...providing you can use a tape measure and level to put up the first shelf hehe

ETA. I apologise, I missed the 'self-levelling' aspect...

It's because it's self-levelling that you have to mount it at the correct height. Apparently, tilting it at an angle to to get it to project higher than its own height confuses the self-levelling.

If Sean Connery had put it up he would have been pleased with his shelve too.

My little bosch drill driver didn't come with a case so bought this today for it. Its not a full size bag think its about 30cm so ideal and its great quality. Best bit its £4.99, I had to check the label twice as!I thought it was to cheap.

Well you'll never have to wear the same pair twice at least.

Was there an amazing special offer going on, or did you just really love them?

Can anyone recommend some PC speakers with a sub woofer? Plenty of bass required and moderately frivolous please!
