This 7-port mains-powered USB3 hub.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00IHQH80O

I only own three USB3 devices at present, and my PC has two front panel USB3 ports and 2 rear panel ones. And I already own a 7-port mains-powered USB2 hub. So I don't really need it, but it looks cool and should also recharge my phone faster. Although I already have a 2.1A mains USB charger, so it's not even justified on those grounds.

It looks cool though.

I know this has been done to death before, but I have 200€ of Amazon.de vouchers burning a hole in my pocket.

I could do with a couple of decent knives. If I don't....I will probably buy an XboxOne which I completely do not need as I've not unpacked my 360 since we moved 2 years ago.

A think we agree that a race car qualifies as a frivolous purchase?

Erm... might have bought another!

One of these... Well 50% of one

In the last week:
Lenovo Yoga 2 10 inch
iPad Mini 3
1yr of Amazon Prime

The iPad 2 still works ok and I have Sky so none of it necessary.

To make it truly frivolous though, I think I need to buy a Playstation 4 as the Amazon video stutters a bit on the Xbox One. It works ok on the Xbox 360 but just some simple man maths required to justify.

Ok, got a spare set of alloys for the Griff - not frivolous at all even though I already have two sets whistle

Now I need some spigot rings made up for them...

Obvious next step was to buy this

Yeah:

These were just a 5 minute mess about at home. It's a very intuitive but of kit. Easy to use. It's got about 60 images and ribbons on it from bitbanger labs and you can use any image you want if you convert it to a bitmap.
I just need to get out and take some decent shots.

Less than I thought, given its got £250 quids worth of Mitsubishi inverter on it so variable speed without mucking about with change wheels...

They go for between £600 to £700 with standard motors etc.

You can never have enough spanners or enough of any tools tbh seem good quality and reduced from £50 to £20.
