None at all, the blur you see in the picture is all down to my photography and rubbish phone camera. The projector is 1080p so, the sharpness is as good as any plasma/flat screen. The only thing that lets projectors down slightly is the depth of the blacks but, in a darkened room I have never found this to be an issue in over 1200 hours of viewing.

Didn't really need the £36 worth of scratch cards I just bought. Only won £20.

Wanted: Discouragement from buying one. Got: A massive urge to go buy one.

I was showing this thread to my wife, in a joking way. She pointed out something of mine that wasn't needed, or required. Just 'wanted'. [/thread]

I may as well add this, too. I've been a nightmare this month. DSC00240 by IK-Photo, on Flickr

I'm usually quite good with avoiding the frivolous, however in recent times... - A mate who was in a financial pickle wanted to sell his mountain bike. It was 750 new and I paid 300 lightly used. Never rode it in six months, sold it to the local bike shop for 280 last weekend!
- Spent several hundred on a nice DSLR camera. Randomly decided I wanted a compact camera to go with it. Bought a Canon S90 (quite old) from another forum for 130. It turned up not working, haven't used it in 2 months.
The most frivolous thing in our house though is probably below. We went to the supermarket to buy a few beers and some household stuff one Saturday afternoon and came home with this: Day 627: 19/09/11 - Dinner Time! by v15ben, on Flickr

Oh, and because they were on offer in Argos I picked up a Nikon Coolpix L310 for the princely sum of £119.
Bargain.

Everybody should have a big 6 in their life. Everybody. Oh, I agree - that was the base car. It worked perfectly and looked brilliant. So why the engine build and body mods costing nearly as much as the car....<winces>
