, it's a chilli that uses stock and white beans along with either pork or turkey, instead of the more common tomato and beef base.I tend to use butter beans, flageolet and haricot beans with chicken stock. I like it to have quite a fresh flavour so I use quite a bit of coriander and parsley with fresh green finger chillis or aji limon if possible.
The lemon drop sauce will allow me to get a bit of the aji limon flavour without having to try and source the fresh chillis.
